PACKING & ANIMAL WELFARE

Animal welfare is our primary consideration.

All snails and mussels are packed in fresh, clean pond water and oxygenated prior to sealing. Each order is double-bagged using aquatic-grade bags and secured within insulated packaging to prevent movement and temperature shock during transit.

Stock is rested prior to dispatch to reduce transport stress.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel dispatch if weather or courier conditions are not suitable.
