• Expedited Live Animal Delivery (priority handling and earlier dispatch cut-off)

Dispatch days are shown at checkout and may vary seasonally. We do not dispatch during extreme cold, heatwaves, or adverse courier conditions.

Live Arrival Policy:
Any issues must be reported within the stated timeframe with clear photographic evidence. Replacement or store credit will be provided where appropriate. Cash refunds are not offered for live animals.
